The Spanish outlet “Fichajes” reports that Ronaldo considered a potential transfer to Paris Saint-Germain, but the Ligue 1 champions ultimately decided against it for financial reasons.
Chelsea, Bayern Munich, and Atletico Madrid are reported to have rejected the possibility of signing Ronaldo, though the Portuguese star still harbors a desire to return to Europe.
The outlet also notes that some English clubs are interested in him, though specific names have not been disclosed.
