Real Madrid has identified Theo Hernandez as an alternative to Alphonso Davies, according to Calciomercato.
The La Liga giants are looking to sign a new left-back in 2025 and have been tracking the Canadian for some time. Davies is in the final year of his contract with Bayern Munich and has yet to sign a new deal. “Los Blancos” plan to secure him on a free transfer at the end of the season.
However, it seems the player is closer to renewing his contract with Bayern, prompting Real Madrid to shift their focus to Theo Hernandez. The Frenchman spent two seasons with “Los Blancos” before leaving to join AC Milan in 2019. Since then, he has transformed into one of the best left-backs in Italy.
The player’s contract expires in 2026, and the Rossoneri are eager to tie him down to a new deal. However, they may also be open to letting him leave for €50 million next summer.
