Barcelona coach Hansi Flick was delighted after the Catalans’ 4-1 win against his former team Bayern Munich in their third-round Champions League match.
“The game was wonderful, after the first goal we had 10-15 minutes where it was tough for us, but it’s good to see the team recover after conceding a goal. We have a young team, we need to develop their potential, we try in every game,” Flick began.
“It’s unbelievable. Bayern is a team with fantastic players, and if you win these kinds of matches, you have to celebrate. This will give us the confidence to believe in our quality for Saturday’s match against Real Madrid,” he added.
“I’m not thinking about it now, I’ll think about it starting tomorrow,” Flick said about the upcoming El Clasico.
