Harry Kane is ready for Bayern Munich’s Champions League clash with Barcelona.
The Bavarians will land in Catalonia on October 23 to face former boss Hansi Flick in the European battle.
The Bundesliga giants are looking to bounce back in their Champions League season after an opening 9-2 win against Dinamo Zagreb, followed by a 1-0 loss at Aston Villa. Kane is prepared for his trip to Catalonia, coming off a hat-trick in a 4-0 Bundesliga win over Stuttgart.
This continues the strong start for the England captain in the 2024/25 season with 13 goals scored so far.
For Harry Kane, it will be a showdown against Bayern Munich’s former goal machine, Robert Lewandowski, who is also in top form with Barcelona.
“Robert is a fantastic striker, one of the best of my generation, it will be a special match. Many of us know him very well.”
“Barcelona will want to keep the ball and press high. It will be a tough battle, but we face it with confidence,” Kane declared.
Kane has previously played against Barcelona with Tottenham, where he scored once in two matches against them.
