The Catalan club, Barcelona, is already thinking about the summer 2025 transfer window and has identified two major targets.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona is ready to sign Jonathan Tah and Joshua Kimmich in the summer of 2025.
There is now a great chance that Barça could acquire both experienced players for free, as neither has agreed to extend their contracts with their respective clubs.
This week, Tah came forward to say that he is not planning to sign a new deal with Bayer Leverkusen, with his contract set to expire in June 2025.
The same goes for Kimmich, who will become a free agent in less than a year and has refused every offer to extend his contract with Bayern Munich. The midfielder parted ways with his agents over the summer and now represents himself.
Barcelona appointed German coach Hansi Flick, who knows both players well.
He worked closely with Tah during his time as manager of the German national team, while Kimmich was also a key player for him at Bayern and for the national team.
