Vinicius Does Not Extend Contract with Real, Considering Offer from Saudi Arabia

Vinicius Junior will play the rest of this season at Real Madrid and then consider an offer from Saudi Arabia, writes ESPN.

He has a contract with the royal club for another three years, until the summer of 2027, but the biggest offer in football history has arrived this summer.

Vinicius has a buyout clause of 1 billion euros, which Al-Ahli is willing to pay for one of the best players in the world.

The Brazilian winger would thus become an ambassador for the World Cup in Saudi Arabia, which is expected to be held in 2034.

Real Madrid’s management is reportedly trying to prevent the Saudis by renewing his contract, but the player’s agent did not allow this because they want to consider moving to Saudi Arabia.

If he leaves, it would be the biggest transfer in football history and he would have the highest salary in the history of sports.

He has been at Real Madrid since 2018 and has played 267 matches so far, in which he scored 83 goals and provided 77 assists.

At 24 years old, he has not yet reached his peak development. He has won two Champions Leagues and three Spanish championships.

He is a candidate for the Ballon d’Or but has not yet won it.
