Manchester United has reportedly sent a bid for the transfer of Bayern Munich duo Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui.
Erik ten Hag has made some defensive reinforcements at Old Trafford during this summer transfer window.
The Red Devils have already spent 52 million euros on signing teenager Leny Yoro, who unfortunately suffered an injury a few days ago and will now be out for three months.
United has once again entered the transfer market, as The Athletic has reported that they have ‘targeted’ two players from the Bavarian giants.
An opening bid for the Dutch international De Ligt and the Moroccan Mazraoui has already been sent.
Bayern has informed the English giants that they will need to pay a lot of money if they want to complete both deals. De Ligt and Mazraoui have been informed that they are not part of coach Vincent Kompany’s long-term plans.
Both players are believed to have agreed on personal terms with United, with a five-year contract awaiting them in England.
All that remains is for United’s management to find a compromise with Bayern before the summer transfer window closes.
