If Barcelona does not increase his salary, Lamine Yamal’s father identifies two clubs his son could join

Lamine Yamal’s father, Mounir Nasraoui, has reportedly identified Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain as potential destinations for his son if he leaves Barcelona.

As reported by Football365, the teenager is looking for a new deal with Barça but could leave La Blaugrana if he is not offered an improved contract.

Yamal, whose current contract runs until 2026, is one of the most highly rated teenagers in world football at the moment. The young Barcelona player made headlines at Euro 2024 after helping Spain win the continental tournament.

Yamal broke numerous records at Euro 2024. He became the youngest player in European Championship history, the youngest player to score a goal, and also provided an assist in the competition’s history. Yamal capped an extraordinary Euro by providing an assist in the 2-1 victory over England in the final.

An outstanding performance at the Euros, along with an impressive season with Barcelona, has seen Yamal’s value skyrocket. According to Transfermarkt, the 17-year-old is valued at around 120 million euros, making him the most expensive teenager in football.

Yamal has shown exceptional talent, and top clubs across Europe will be clamoring for his services if he chooses to leave Barcelona. However, it is unlikely that the Catalan club will let one of their best talents leave soon.

Emerging from the La Masia academy, the sensation is set to form the core of the club’s setup under the new coach, Hansi Flick.
