Spainโs coach, Luis de la Fuente, has declared that his team will try to impose their style of play in the Euro 2024 final against England.
The highly anticipated match will take place on July 14 in Berlin.
“There is enthusiasm about facing a very important opponent with great players. Both teams are in excellent form, and everything suggests it will be a great show for the spectators,” said the Spanish coach. “We have completely different styles, but England is a physical team with players who like open spaces. We will try to impose our style, to maintain possession of the ball, even if we have the opportunity to play on the counterattack. But in the end, other aspects will come into play: not making mistakes, the sense of knowing that there is little room for error, not wanting to lose, and wanting to win.”
