As the international break has ended, Real Madrid’s focus will return to club-level football.
The Madridistas will host Athletic Bilbao tonight (Sunday), with the match set to kick off at 21:00 local time at the Santiago Bernabeu. La Liga seems to have done a “favor” for Carlo Ancelotti’s team and other Spanish teams as no matches will be played at the weekend.

City, on the other hand, after playing against Arsenal today (Sunday), will face Aston Villa two days later, and if that wasn’t enough, they will also play against Crystal Palace on April 6, three days before the clash with Real Madrid.
“We’ll play against Villa at 20:15, then at 12:30 against Crystal Palace on Saturday. Then we’ll go to Madrid on Tuesday. Real Madrid has nine days to prepare, nine days,” an annoyed Guardiola said.
“They’ll play this weekend but won’t play again until our match. There’s a big difference, I would have liked to ask for one more day, but it’s not possible,” the Spanish coach expressed.
