Manchester City’s manager, Pep Guardiola, has stated that he does not want to leave his position at the English club.
Asked by TNT Sports if football people will understand the scale of City’s success when he leaves the team, the Spaniard responded by saying, “I don’t want to leave.”
Guardiola joined City in 2016, with whom he won his first trophy in his second season, breaking a record as his team reached 100 points.
City with Guardiola won the treble in the 2018-19 season, while reaching the first Champions League final in the 2020-21 season, winning it in the 2022-23 season.
