A comprehensive report claims that Manchester United are willing to go to extreme lengths to sign Harry Kane and could make an astronomical offer worth €250 million.
“The Red Devils” had expressed interest in the England captain during the summer of 2023 but were unable to meet the asking price from Tottenham, which saw Bayern Munich also bring him to Germany. However, as reported by FootballTransfers, United are ready to revive their interest in Kane amid uncertainties surrounding Thomas Tuchel’s future at the Allianz Arena.
It is said that Manchester United will make a move towards this goal only if Kane expresses his desire to return to the Premier League, despite having a contract with Bayern until 2027. To facilitate his transfer, Jim Ratcliffe, who recently bought 25 percent of United’s shares, is prepared to offer up to €250 million for his signature.
In addition to Kane, another player the English club is tracking is Frenkie De Jong, and this is not the first time as there have been previous attempts to sign him, but Barcelona did not allow his departure.
