Leonardo DiCaprio has been photographed filming his new role for director Paul Thomas Anderson in a film currently titled ‘BC Project.’
In photos obtained by DailyMail.com, the 49-year-old DiCaprio looks unrecognizable in a disheveled costume consisting of a shirt and jeans, paired with large sunglasses. The actor, who was recently snubbed for an Oscar for “Killers of the Flower Moon,” was seen on set with Anderson in the city of Eureka in Northern California on Tuesday. He eventually stood up again and confidently walked along the sidewalk.

DiCaprio had a black backpack placed over his shoulder, and a pink backpack was also seen among his belongings. In the background, when the cameras were not rolling, DiCaprio was also seen chatting with Anderson. Anderson seemed to have some notes for DiCaprio as the duo sat together, looking at Anderson’s iPad.

The plot of the current film is currently being kept secret, but Deadline recently reported that Sean Penn and Regina Hall are also part of the cast. The film is set in contemporary times and is written by Anderson. Anderson is also a producer of the film along with Sara Murphy and Adam Somner.

In addition to the three main actors, Deadline reported that the film will have a large ensemble cast.
