Kumrie Avdyl Shala, born in December 1971, in Graboc, lives and works in Pejë- Republic of Kosovo.

Certified; in two levels in the School of Journalism.
Graduated; Temple College in the Department of Instructors, at level IV according to ISCED – Pristina.
Certified; Kosovo Institute of Public Relations, Struga – North Macedonia.
She started working in 1999, in the Municipality of Peja, Public Information, journalist, and now Head of the Office of War Categories in the Directorate of Social Welfare also in the Municipality of Peja.
- She is a Municipal Officer for the Disappeared of the war in the office of the Governmental Commission – Pristina.
-Member of the Coordinating Council of the Associations of the Families of the Disappeared in Kosovo.
Humanist Coordinator in the Emergency Council in the Association “Mother Teresa” and collaborator in KMDLNJ in Peja.
Journalist, Professional Collaborator in newspapers and magazines: Dukagjini, Press, Dea, Revisten Peja, etc.
Since her early years, she started dealing with Literary Art with Prose, Poetry, Essays and Stories.
In 2022 she published her first book of poems –
“GJËMË E MËNË LIRIE”
In 2023, he comes with the second book of poetry;
“GJURMË QË NUK FSHIHEN”

a woman with beautiful eyes, the one who got away
A woman, a mother, a daughter, a restless lady
Even in the twenty-first century
a great grief in her soul
locked deep within the soul
suffering from lack of freedom for an unrequited love,
for the self, there is no more delirium
Her wounded soul, forever silent
Alas, woman, the woman that enriches the world
Yet cannot reach her rights of freedom
Because of the unfaithful
the very companion of her bed
Alas, you woman chained in freedom,
Unfortunately, life toys with your faith, like a kid
Ah, even today in the twenty-first century
You woman, a servant of Satan
They do not wish to know your values
Thus, they play mercilessly with your fate
The one who shares your bed
Unfaithfully kills you, stains you.
The children are there, yet he takes away your life
That evil soul, that pig Ah, woman, they step on your dignity Beyond the limits of humanity You can find solace only in the Creator Where the mortal miseries fade away
