The Portuguese legend may now have shown why he has remained at the top for so long, sharing a photo of his impressive physique. In a post to his followers on Instagram, Ronaldo wrote:
“Longevity and high performance don’t happen by chance. They are built through daily recovery and practice. It’s not a secret. It’s a routine.”
Holding what appears to be a massage gun from his AVACR7 recovery product line, the Al-Nassr forward posed in black boxers from his own brand, highlighting his sculpted abdominal muscles.
