Real Madrid and Juventus to Clash in the Champions League Evening Derby, Valid for the Third Round of the League Phase
Juventus have failed to win any of their last six matches. However, Igor Tudor argued on Tuesday that the team is not in crisis, claiming that with fewer refereeing mistakes and a different fixture schedule, the Bianconeri would be leading the Serie A table.
Several sources in Italy, including Sky Sport and Gazzetta dello Sport, report that Manuel Locatelli will start tonight’s match at the Bernabéu from the bench, leaving room for Khephren Thuram, Teun Koopmeiners, and Weston McKennie in midfield.
Dusan Vlahovic and Kenan Yildiz are expected to start in attack, while Lois Openda, Jonathan David, and Edon Zhegrova will begin on the bench. On the other hand, Xabi Alonso is not expected to make many changes to his lineup, apart from those forced by injuries in defense.
Federico Valverde will return to the right side of defense, while stars such as Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Jr, and Kylian Mbappe are all set to start.
