THE FORCE OF INSPIRATION
May my reason never overcomes inspiration,
setting free like the flight of seagulls,
upon the wonderful waters of the blue sea,
and from all the enchantment that surrounds me.
May she make me talk about the delights of love,
of the wonders he is engaged in…
that can exceed all yearning
and to charm the most sensitive in love.
That sublimates and transcends desires.
turning magnificent in odes to love,
revered in every verse inspired,
like the magic of beauty contained in a flower.
I’ll follow the early mornings poetry,
about soul-inspired hugs and kisses,
I’ll let moonlight cherish every verse…
in a sublime effusion of the most beautiful flame.
And traveling in this dream world
where reason is suffocated by the force of love,
will pop up verses and rhymes… will write poems,
under a cloak of stars, the troubadour’s muse.
