A special work of art has been unveiled outside the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona as part of the celebrations for the 100th anniversary of SSC Napoli.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the large mural was created by renowned Neapolitan artist Jorit and features 11 legends from the club’s history, selected directly by the fans.
The artwork includes iconic names such as Diego Maradona, Marek Hamšík, Dries Mertens, and Edinson Cavani, along with other historical figures who have left their mark on the club.
The mural is part of Napoli’s broader centenary celebration program, which will culminate in the summer, when a special match between club legends is also expected to be organized.
This artistic piece is considered a tribute to Napoli’s history and identity, bringing together different generations of players into a single symbol at the club’s “home.”
