Major Arab Club Launches Move for Salah

Saudi club Al-Hilal is reportedly ready to take concrete steps toward signing Liverpool star Mohamed Salah during the January transfer window.

The Egyptian forward’s future has been thrown into doubt following a weekend incident, when Salah was left on the bench in the match against Leeds United at Elland Road.

After the match, he spoke to British media, stating that “someone inside the club wants me out,” and admitted that he has “no relationship” with manager Arne Slot.

According to The Mirror, Al-Hilal sees the tense situation at Anfield as an opportunity to secure a much more favorable deal. The Saudi club had attempted to sign Salah 18 months ago with an offer of around £150 million, but this time it is believed they could secure the transfer for less than half that amount.

It is even reported that Salah may have played his last game for Liverpool. Manager Slot is expected to leave him out of both the upcoming Champions League clash against Inter Milan and the Premier League match against Brighton.

This comes just before the player is set to join Egypt’s national team for the Africa Cup of Nations, which will take place in Morocco next week.

Salah’s future remains uncertain as Liverpool faces growing pressure to manage the situation and maintain stability within the squad.
