Lewandowski speaks about his future at Barcelona

Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski has addressed the growing speculation surrounding his future, stressing that this is not the right moment to decide on the next step in his career.

The 37-year-old, whose contract expires in the summer, has expressed his ambition to win the UEFA Champions League, while underlining that his time at FC Barcelona will always remain special to him.

“Definitely, it’s not the time yet to make decisions,” Lewandowski said.

“I have no idea what will happen in the Champions League. Winning it is still a long way off, and it doesn’t make sense to think about what comes next.”

“To finish my club career with a second Champions League title, with a second club, would be fantastic.”

He added:

“If someone had told me that I would score this many goals and win this many trophies, I would have accepted it without hesitation.”

The future of the Polish striker remains open, as Barcelona enter a decisive phase of the season with clear objectives in domestic competitions and in Europe.
