Zlatan Ibrahimović’s second autobiographical book, Adrenalin, was published at the end of March this year, and people are still finding and sharing the interesting things they learned from it.
Among other things, Ibrahimovic wrote that he bought his mother Jurka an apartment in Pag so that she could be closer to her sisters.
His mother, Jurka Gravicc, is from the village of Prkos. Her brother Gojko Gravicc, who lives in Prkos, spoke about Jurka’s life. He told the media how Jurka at the age of 17 went to work in Germany, where he met Anicci, with whom he has two daughters, Monika and Violeta.
When that marriage broke up, Jurka married singer Šefik Ibrahimović from Bijeljina. She had two children with them, Zlatan, who became a football legend, and a daughter, Sanela.
When Jurka and Shefik’s marriage broke up, they lived apart. Speaking about those difficult days, Zlatan once stated that in his childhood he was more hungry than full.
Zlatan lived first with his mother, who worked hard as a housewife, and then with his father, who was being treated for alcoholism. He did not hide his difficult and troubled childhood.
He proved to be a great soul when he spoke warmly of his mother, whom he said was not easy working and raising five children.
Zlatan bought his mother an apartment in Novalja, and the new luxury apartment was registered to his sister Sanela. He also bought his mother a church in Sweden for €9.24 million.
