According to the Italian outlet Tuttosport, Newcastle United are demanding at least €100 million for their midfielder Sandro Tonali.
The Italy international has recently been linked with a potential move to Arsenal and Manchester United.
Both Premier League clubs are reportedly willing to make a move for the 25-year-old during the summer transfer window. Juventus have also shown interest in Tonali, but Newcastle’s high asking price is expected to push the Italian club out of the race.
According to reports, Arsenal are currently considered the leading candidate to sign Tonali, as sporting director Andrea Berta has long been an admirer of the Italian midfielder. Meanwhile, Manchester United see Tonali as a potential replacement for Casemiro.
However, Newcastle are determined not to let the Italian leave unless their €100 million valuation is met, a price considered reasonable given the current state of the transfer market.
Tonali is regarded as one of the top stars in the Premier League, although his priority is reportedly a return to Serie A, and he is said to be dreaming of a move to Juventus.
