Bayern Munich will make an improved offer of around €82 million for Harry Kane, but they want the transfer to be settled quickly.
However, even the new offer looks unlikely to meet Tottenham’s expectations, leaving the forward in limbo as he returns to training before Spurs embark on their pre-season tour of Australia, Thailand and Singapore on Friday
The Bundesliga champions have yet to offer more than £56m (€70m), which will not be enough to convince Spurs chairman Daniel Levy to sell, although Kane, 30 this month, has only one year left on his contract.
Harry Kane has shown fantastic form during his time in North London and believes he is ready for a new adventure.
