STEPS IN THE DARK
Blindness descended between us
steps no longer followed the way
ravens swarmed across the dark
on lips we deepened the wrinkle array
As lost losers, the dark we cursed
slowly the spirits turned off there
The last breath forsook the words
and silence reigned everywhere
Inside itself, sadness was trapped
And like a lonely island you were
Steps lost the path and got inapt
The scary abyss darkened there
Stones get aged inside the river
birds can’t fly with frozen wings
dreams in sleep now cry and shiver
waves like flames swirl in rings
I looked for a tear within your eyes
I’m searching a human step, since then
But souls have lost their way in tries
unfaithful blindness has blinded them…
