Virgin Van Dijk has given some comments about the Norwegian striker, Erling Haaland.
Haaland is one of the biggest strikers who came to the Premier League this market and yesterday he played the first serious game with the Man City jersey.
The Norwegian played from the first minute in the Community Shield final against Liverpool, where he faced one of the best defenders in the world, Van Dijk. The latter had praise for the Norwegian.
“He has many qualities that can make life difficult for a defender. He will make life terrible for the defenders in England, terrible,” Van Dijk said.
“He’s so direct. It has everything; can head shots, is fast. But today we held it well. He had one chance, maybe two, but other than that we did well,” added the Dutchman.
Liverpool managed to win the Community Shield trophy against the strongest rival in recent years, Manchester City.
