Erling Haaland has already scored 180 goals in his professional career, even though he is only 22 years old.
His Manchester City team-mate Kevin de Bruyne believes the centre-forward will continue to score for years to come and achieve those records that only Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo have achieved in recent times.
“Erling is so goal-obsessed and he already has around 200 goals, so maybe he can get to 600, 700 or 800 if he stays fit and does the things he does,” said De Bruyne.
“I don’t compare strikers because that’s not how I look at football, but Erling is a top-level striker.”
The Belgian continued, praising Haaland for his attitude and his approach to the game.
“I don’t see Erling as different from a lot of people,” De Bruyne added.
“He is still a young man who enjoys his life and takes his football very seriously.
“He likes to score goals, so I think that’s the most unique thing about him.”
